Cart checkout issues

I’m having an issue with the shopping cart.I’ve only entered one product and free shipping over $250 at the moment, just to test out the shopping cart.There’s options for ‘Register’ and ‘Guest’ Checkout, but the radio buttons don’t show (screenshot attached).
If I click on ‘Continue’ under Registered customer it gives an error, then shows the two options with radio buttons (screenshot attached).
I then clicked on ‘Guest’ and ‘Continue’.Then when I get to the payment page, I have two options setup up:
Offline and PaymentExpress PxPay, but again there’s no radio buttons showing (screenshot attached).I can click continue and ‘confirm order’, and it takes you to the Payment Express payment page.I’m using Gantry 5 and Supra template for the site.What do you think could be wrong, with the radio buttons not showing on some parts of the checkout process?Thanks for any advice.
 

Issue now fixed, by changing Eshop system layout setting to Twitter Bootstrap 5.

I have the some issue with the radio buttons not appearing to select the guest checkout, I changed the Eshop system layout setting to Twitter Bootstrap 5 and fixed the option, but now I can't from mobile press the Add to Cart button !
Is there anything else I could check to make it work correctly from mobile?

I guess there is some css conflict with your site template causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which we can see the issue

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I've now switched our development site from Twitter Bootstrap Version 5 to Version 4, as radio buttons looked wrong (very thin lines, instead of normal looking buttons). We are using Gantry 5 + Rockettheme template, so that could have caused a conflict (e.g. CSS override).

Perhaps you could try switching to a lower Bootstrap version, and see if it fixes your button issue.
