Featured Products and Category Sub-Products

I am running EShop ver 1.3.2 . We recently setup 2 product sub-categories under an existing parent to simplify a larger product category. We now find that products we want to Feature are not displayed as Featured Products if they are in either product sub-category. They do display as Featured Products if they are also listed in the Parent Product Category.

Is they a way to feature products that are in sub-categories?

I am a bit confused about the problem that you asked. The featured products will be displayed in all cases (no mater what parent categories, sub-categories that products are belong to) as long as products are marked as featured.
