Some field contents do not show in the email

I created a form and set its notification email body as shown in the attached photo. However, contents of three fields (i.e. [CONTACT_TITLE], [WEBSITE] and [DESCRIPTION]) are always blank in the email received. I am sure the field names are correct. Any idea why? Thanks.

The only way we can check it is having access to back-end of your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check?

Not sure why. But I created three custom text fields to replace the original three which could not show. Now everything works fine.
