Is there a possibility to show a text, if no property is found according to the filter (e.g. "for sale")? Actually, it's just an empty page.

It's on this page: neu.ruh-immobilien.ch/objekte
Here are all properties listed with attribute "frei". But if there are no properties with this attribute, it's just an empty page.

Yes, there are actually – but sometimes, there are no properties here. As I wrote, it depends on a filter ("to let" or "occupied"). And if there is no property with the attribute "to let", there is just a blank page.

You want when there aren't any properties, it should show the text "No Properties Found", right?

OK, you can submit ticket on category OS Property and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to add the text "No properties found" in properties listing page for you
