Subscription Upgrade options at Renewal

I've been trying to get this to work for the past 4 days and have given up...what am I doing wrong? I have added two upgrade options to the plans and they are set to publish (pic attached). However when I test it by going in through the front of the site and clicking renew subscription, there is only the one option that the (original plan) subscriber signed up for. Am I using this in the wrong way?

To upgrade your membership, you will need to create a menu item to link to User Profile page in membership pro, then access to that menu item.

When you are on that page, you can update your profile data, renew, upgrade membership..

Please try that and let me know the result

I created a menu item called Renew Membership, however we I get is a list of plans at the top and the Renewal section at the bottom only has one item for upgrading and its the existing plan.

Please ignore my last post, I found the problem.
