Add fileds to the Registration form was created by Richard
Can you point me to some instructions to add a few boxes to the registration/subscribe form please?
I need a few "I agree....." tick boxes for medical waivers when people subscribe.
thanks

Hello Richard
For that, you just need to add custom fields. Go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, press New button in the toolbar and add new custom fields to meet your need

Tuan

It does not need to be core fields to be displayed. Maybe there is something special on your site causes it not working properly
You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to the form so that I can check it

Tuan

Hi Richard
For title of the field, it has 255 characters limit. And it should be enough
Not sure why the field is not added? Could you show me screenshot of the data you enter for the field so that I can check to take a look at it to see what's wrong?

That would require code modification and also, change database table structure. You can submit a support ticket and we will try to help
