Membership payment will be made, but membership is an unfaithful manner

A payment for membership via Stripe gate was made. The Stripe account has appeared, but membership is still inactive and unpaid on the web. The second payment can be made even though it has already been paid. Now it is paid twice per person, on the Stripe account there are 2 payments for the same invoice number, but in the component everything seems to be unpaid. Paying was not entered in the component.
What is wrong? Why is it possible to pay one invoice several times? Why is it still unpaid, even if the payment has been made and is on the Stripe account?
I bought a Stripe Plugin from you. I paid you, but payments are not described in the Membership component.
What should I do?

Are you using Stripe Checkout on your site? If so, please check and make sure you configure Stripe Webhook as describe here membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...eckout#configuration and it should work well. If not, please submit a support ticket so that we can guide you for the next step
