Error on Subscription Renewal

I have a one year renewal plan, currently it is free of charge. When an existing user tries to renew, I get the following error Error
00000, ,

The subscriber shows renewed to the Plan, but the start and end date shows 12-31-2099 To 12-31-2100 . If the subscriber clicks renew again, the same error occurs, and a new subscriber is created and the date is  12-31-2100 To 12-31-2101

Any idea what is happening?

1. For the first error, please change Database Type in Global Configuration to MYSQLi and the error should be gone

2. For the subscription duration, it looks strange to me. Maybe it is working like that because you have Lifetime Subscription set to Yes inside the plan setting. It should be set to No
