Missing Subscriber

We have a situation where we (admin) got email confirmation of a subscription, and the person got their invoice... but back-end when we look at the records, there is no sign of the subscriber (filters are set to show all status type) - and the sequential invoice number is missing when I export and look at the data.

Are there any known scenarios as to why this would happen?

Hello

The subscription should not be lost like that unless it is deleted by someone else (maybe by someone who logged in to administrator area of your site, access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions and delete the subscription records from there)

OK thanks for your reassurance on that. If we see it again, and know there was no manual deletion, I'll re-post here.
