Membership Groups was created by Peter Bibb
Hi chaps,
If a group owner creates a group member, then that group member does not have access to all the custom fields. Have I set something up correctly. It seems the only way around it is for one member to be set up as a group owner and the second set up on a free membership (then add their custom field options, then for the group owner to include them in the group. This doesn't seem very easy to work with.
Is it possible for the group owner to appear on the group members list?
Many thanks
Peter

Hello Peter
1. Where do you want the group members to be allowed to access to these fields?
2. What's the group members list you are talking about?
Please let me know so that I can understand your questions better and give you the answer
Regards,
Tuan

Hello
For the issue #1, could you please edit the custom field which the group member is not allowed to access and make sure the parameter Show On Group Member Form is set to Yes?
After that, check it again. The group member should be allowed to access to the field. If it is still not working, submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account of the site
- That group member account
- Link to the user profile page which I can access to see the issue
- Tell me ID/Name of the custom field which he should be allowed to access but he cannot access at the moment
I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
