FirstData Global Gateway E4 Test Mode Failing

I'm trying to test some transactions with the payment plugin, but all attempts return the following:

Subscription failure
Your payment for the subscription failed. Please review the reason below and try again
Reason
Client error response [status code] 401 [reason phrase] Unauthorized api.demo.globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com/transaction/v14

How do I set this up for testing? I have the Gateway ID and Password Entered.

Sorry Scott. I had family stuff and could not work in the last few days. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page which we can subscribe for the plan and see the error
