Confirmation Invoice - Not sent to buyer

Confirmation Invoice - Not sent to buyer was created by Mark Hayden
I have not been able to activate the purchase invoice going to the person who is activating the membership. I get the invoice to the Admin Email, so i get to see all their details, I would like this invoice to go to the buyer.

What have i missed in the config setup ?

Hello Mark

I'm sorry for lately response. I missed your forum topic. Normally, when users subscribe to your plan, they will receive confirmation email containing the invoice

Maybe there is something special on your site causing email not being sent to customer. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form. We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
