I want to change this but can not find the correct file

I do not want a membership subscription that has a set-up to say "Trial Duration Price" that shows the set-up fee and the 1st months membership cost combined, there is no trail in our membership and this is misleading (See screen shot #1)

I would like that label to say " Set-up fee and 1st month's subscription" (See screen shot #2)

I can change it with a code inspector like the former Firebug but I can not find the file within the component to make the change, can you please tell me where the file is to make that change?
