Membership Pro - Subscription form

Goodday,
We would like to inquire about modifying the default layout for the subscription form and subscription confirmation form.

Currently, the form renders as follows:


However, we would prefer that the form renders something similar as follows:


If this can be achieved simply by modifying CSS can you provide us exactly which files need to be modified and which elements within the CSS need modification?

If this can not be done by modifying the CSS and would require modification of your components we would be open to discuss available options. In this case, I would prefer to have a contact that I can communicate to directly. My work email address is available through my profile.

Honestly, I don't know css enough to know if is possible to modify it using css, so I think that it will require code modification for layout file.

The problem with layout modification is that if you add more fields, we won't know where these fields will be displayed

So the main question here is how many plans you are having in the system? And does it require each plan to have it own set of custom fields? And do you plan to add more fields to the form in the future?

We currently have 16 plans.

We may add a few more but that is not very likely at this point. If we do we will probably not go beyond 20.

All plans will use the same fields.

We have only added 3 custom fields but may add a few more.

I will create a user for you so you can view the current page.
