Import events from another page

We wanted to ask if it is possible to import events from another page.
We have the main page with events booking. We want another page in a different domain, to be able to show these activities.
I don't know if they can be shown in any way.

I would say that, it is hard. Right now, the only way is on that external site, you would have to parse the RSS Feed, and display the event in the way you want

Has there been any solution to exporting events and importing them into another site? I want to do the same. Is it possible via phpmyadmin maybe?

Export and import data via database would be the easiest options. Exactly what data you want to move to new site? Just events ? How about categories .... ?

I already set up categories with the same name, but probably not the same Id number.

So only events, unless the category id numbers need to match?

Yes, Category IDs will need to be matched, too. I think you should try to import data using database export and import. So :

1. Export the following tables from old site

- #__eb_categories
- #__eb_event_categories
- #__eb_event_group_prices
- #__eb_events

2. If the two databases have different db prefix, then open the exported file in a text editor, use find and replace function to replace and make sure the table prefix match the new site

3. Import the data into new site database (via PHPMYADMIN)

Remember to make a backup of new site database before running the import so that in case something goes wrong, you can rollback to earlier states
