Event notification email option from front end

Hello,

I'm using the  "User Email Body" option from messages for an event to send a different email when a user registers for that specific event.
I want to be able to write the email text when creating an event from the front end also, so I checked "Show Notification Emails" in the "Submit Event Form Fields"-tab but I cannot see a text field appearing for the email. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gerrit

That setting is used for different purpose. It allow showing field to allow setup the Notification Emails for the event (emails which will receive notification when someone registers for the event)

It has nothing to do with the message. And currently, I'm afraid of we do not have a way to enter messages when create event from frontend
