error 0 - Class 'os_payments' not found

Hi Guys,
I have just set up event with registration, but I get an error by clicking on www.psychoanalyse-muenchen.de/test-anmel...ividual-registration
i get error message 0 - Class 'os_payments' not found
I have enabled all payment plugins ans also disabled all of them. still error is there. Actually we dont want to use payment. User should only be able to pay offline.
what is wrong?

Seems it causes by conflict with something on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted?
