JUser: :_load: Error on load user with ID ...

I have installed version 3.12.3 of Event Booking
After there an error is displayed in the registration mask.
Everything works correctly before the update!
Joomla!-Version 3.9.20
What can we do?

It's hard to know if that comes from Events Booking or comes from something else on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page

I will look at it to see if the issue comes from Events Booking and If Yes, I will solve it
