location info in settings doesn't seem to be complete

Hello

I am trying to set up locations on a new install of this component but when I try to set up a location I get this error message. We're sorry but your location was not found.

and I seem to be missing some of the form fields to set up a location as what I have is less than what is in the support documentation. See attached.

This is different to the fields in the support documentation.

see second attachment fullLocation, which has much more address info.

That documentation is outdated. In latest version of the extension, we do not need to have City , State information for each location anymore

The full address will be entered into Address field of location
