Can't reorder shop categories

Can't reorder shop categories was created by Jeff
Hi, Trying to change the order of the shop categories but activating the reorder arrows and draging and dropping has no effect. Is there another way?

Screen in documentation looks different.

Hi Giang,

The version installed was 3.3.0 but I have updated to 3.4.2 but still unable to change the order. Should I lodge a tickets for this?
