We´ve purchased your Event Booking Component about a week ago, but till now we´ve not received any mail from you.
Evan our questions via your contact form an the homepage are unanswered.
Can you please provide us with some information about our purchase ??

I am sorry. It seems our mail server could not deliver email for some reasons (and I just checked again and found no emails from you)

That's reason you didn't receive any response from us (we check and reply support request on daily basis)

I just assigned order to your account. You can now access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download latest version from there and setup it to your site
