Does Membership Pro have a way to email subscribers that have allowed their membership to expire? We are using the 1st and 2nd email notification within each plan to notify membership before their membership expires. We have heard from our members that they would like to be reminded to renew their membership even after it has expired. How can we do this?
At the moment, the extension only allow sending reminder email to subscribers before their subscription expired. We don't have an option to send reminder emails to subscribers after subscription expired
I am going to add support for this option in the next release 2.4.0 of the extension. Please give me 4 to 6 weeks to work on it and add support for this feature
Sorry, this feature has not been implemented yet. It is one of the feature which we will implement in version 2.6.0. Please give us much 4 weeks from today to get it implemented into the extension
