helpdesk pro- can admins create tickets for users?

Hi,
I am looking at purchasing the helpdesk pro component for a client.
He needs to have the ability for admins to create tickets on behalf of registered users as he gets enquiries coming from other sources than the web site which should be logged in the system and linked to existing registered users.
Is this possible without logging in as the registered user?

Hi

At the moment, admin can create tickets on behalf of customers, however, only from backend of your site. Not frontend yet. We will allow admin to create tickets for customers from frontend as well in the next release. However, I think it will take us two more weeks to have this feature ready in the extension
