Create User Account - when?

Not sure what this means... Create on active/approved, or create on expire? Guessing active/approved - does this mean when 'published' = 1? How does one 'approve' a subscription? - Change 'status' to 'Active?.

1. Yes, when published = 1

2. There are two ways to approve a subscription :

- When users complete payment for his subscription, the subscription will be approved automatically

- If users use offline payment for his subscription, admin can login, access to Membership Pro -> Subscribers, edit the record and change status from Pending to Paid
