Notification Emails not coming through

Dear Support,

I'm not sure exactly what has happened but none of the notification emails to myself or my users are coming through anymore for the events that I am posting. I haven't changed any of the backend items so that's where my confusion comes in. Can you please help me fix this as soon as possible, thank you.

Hi Mike

First of all, you should go to Users -> Users Manager to create a new user to see that user receives email from the system or not.

If that user doesn't receive email, the problem might come from your mail server and you will need to contact your hosting provider asking them to check it for you.

If that user still receive email, please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
