Issue with Amount Custom Field

Hello,

In the Custom Fields, I'm unable to change the status of Required or Published attributes for the Amount field, but it is working for other fields.

I have the same problem and it's confusing to our members. The dues amount is already pushed to the appropriate dues plan form; why require an individual to also input an amount?

Did you update the site to latest version of Payment Form ? In latest version, we allow unpublishing the amount field already

I have downloaded and installed version 5.0.0 but that's the point: the field refuses to die! I can open and select Unpublish or I can click the radio button in the list and select Unpublish or Delete from the list menu - the response tells me the field is gone but it's still there.

Sorry, I realized that I forgot to update download package on server with that changed. I only updated it this morning, could you please re-download the extension, then upgrade it to your site and check it again ?

Download area still shows the version as 5.0.0 and Last Updated Date is 10-16-2016, is this correct? shouldn't it shows a newer date with the file you uploaded?
