Depend on Field not working

I created a form using payment form 4. But the Depend on Field option not working. when i click on the radio button section1 it not showing the section1 fields.

Maybe there is some javascript conflict causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the form so that we can check and solve it for you

I have same problem with "Message" and "Heading" field types only. The other field types seem to respond correctly to "Depend on" criteria. Message and Heading are displayed regardless of criteria.
Update: They also seem to be displayed regardless of "Published" status.

I think we forgot to implement dependency support for Message and Heading field type. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

About published status, please note that it doesn't depend on the Published status in Custom Fields Management. You will need to edit the form, look at Fields Settings tab and change the show / hide status from there
