Can you insert html anywhere in the form?

I need to insert some fields with html ( for images an text).
Do you have a field that you can insert where you want in the forms for html ?

Sadly I don’t see any way in Payment Form to add an html element that you can insert between fields —
This is not really good for a paying extension - That will not bring an all stars review on the JED.

Being able to insert html element anywhere between field is really important and should be possible.
