When I try to process payments using the credit card option (authorize.net) the payment processing plugin, I get the following error:

Reason
This transaction cannot be accepted.

103

When I try to do a similar payment with the echeck feature, i get the following error:

What might be happening here? Do I have some misconfiguration error?
I have both the joom donation and joom payment plugins installed. i'm using the same eCheck and auth.net plugin file for each of them (could this cause such an error?)
Any ideas?
