Remove or edit line of text from Payment Form

There is a line of text above the 'FIrst Name' field which says, 'Please enter information on this form to make payment from [form name]. The amount you need to pay is $0.00
I'd like to remove that, or if not possible, to edit it. I can't find it in the Translation tab, have I overlooked it or can this be done elsewhere? Thanks.

Go to Payment Form -> Configuration, look at Messages tab , find the message "Form Message" and change it to meet your need
