Joomla System Cache

Hello, does anyone know if having the system cache plugin enabled will cause any issues with either Payment Pro or JoomDonation for my users?

I really like using some caching on websites but have always been warned when using shopping carts it will cause problems. So technically these are not cart systems though.

If there is some issue what about a way to exclude the forms/components from being cached?

I can image the problem. As Joomla cache the page, the form page might be cached, and when the form is submitted, the extension check a security token on the form.

However, since the form is cached by Joomla core, the value of the token might be invalid, and it might causes the issue

I think I have seen some components that allow you to set them to Never cache in the settings. Would this be possible for the component or payment plugin?

I have looked at the code of Joomla Cache System Plugin and I see that there is no way for component to exclude them from cache if you enable this plugin. So for now, I don't think we have solution for this problem

Seems there are some third party extensions allow you to control this. Maybe you can try to have a look at it :
