I can't find documentation for Payment Form that shows how to edit the submit button text. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I found it! It's under translation. It's not ideal for my purposes since I don't want to change the text on every form, but it will work for now.

Yes. Just go to Payment Form -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need.
