Is there a way to NOT have the first name displayed on our form? When I try and turn it off under fields management and hit save it never holds. It is back on when I review it.

Hi

First Name and Email are two required fields in the extension and they cannot be turned off !

Can the descriptor for this be changed for one form??

Meaning we have a bunch of forms... is there anyway to change First Name to Mystery Name on just one form?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You will need to edit the code if you want to change the title for just one form!
