1 room, 2 employees & multiple services was created by Julian Roddis
Hi,

I need help/advice on how to setup the following scenario......

I have 1 room & 2 employees that will share the room both doing different services from each other......how do I get OSB to create 1 calendar for the room and then allow only one time slot to be booked: for example....

employee 1 has a 10am booking for service 1..... I then need 10am not to show for employee 2 in any of it's services (service 2, service 3) etc......

Is this possible please?

Best regards

Julian

Hi Julian,
OS Services Booking has configure option: Disable timeslot of service when one of employees is booked. In this case, when the first employee is booked, the timeslot of room will be occupied and none can book the second employee. I hope this solution can satisfy you need.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for that.....I had already tried that option....but if the employees have different services available then the time slot still shows for those services.....Is there a way around that please?

Hi Julian,
You want when one employee is booked, the time slot will be occupied with all other employees in the same or other services, right?
Thanks
