Employee Tab Order

I notice the employee tabs are ordered alphabetically.
Is there a way to change this to an editable ordering system / if not employee id would be better?

Do you have/know of a review system for the employees that would fit well with the software?

Currently, the employee tabs are sorted by alphabetic. We don't have ordering field for employees so we don't have other solution in this case.
By the way, the Review system will be added into OSB in next version
