Change Collapse Order

* When viewed on phone the CART goes below the TIME SLOT table.
* When viewed on Tablet the CART is ABOVE the TIME SLOT.
(see attached image)

- What code would I have to change to make Tablet CART collapse below TIME TABLE, it's really weird to have an empty cart between the calendar and time table.

I appreciate you addressing the change. Could you provides the anticipated release date? I'm modifying the site's CSS to integrate with OSB and this change will have an impact on the required coding.
