BUG? Show Calendar Box in Confirmation page

I have "Show Calendar Box in Confirmation page" set to "NO" and I still see calendar on both confirm and check in pages. I don't think it's my template conflicting. Could you confirm it's working in current version please?

Turned out to be a template class conflict, looks like I got it working. Thank you very much for the offer to help. I may have one or two little things later I may call on your advice/help for.

As a usability pro I can add this:
the calendar should disappear on the screen where user enters personal data. at this point, the User has chosen to confirm the cart selection, now the calendar has no meaning. it is taken valuable real estate on mobile devices and is illogical.

I was also thinking the calendar could be removed starting with the login / register panel and was surprised it was still visable on check in panel. Same with check out button could be removed once you hit login / register panel.

While speaking of mobile devices it be helpful if when using radio select layout for time slots the time (label ) also was select link wrapped as tapping such a tiny button is tough on phone screen.

Maybe i will have the configure option to allow Administrator to turn off Calendar from Checkout form.
