No Confirmation button on booking form

Hi,

When I am booking Service and want to confirm booking, there is no confirmation button in booking form and checkout becomes empty when attempting to checkout. How do these things keep happening when they where working last week?.

Hi Darrel,
When you add items into cart, OSB will store it in a time period. After that time period, OSB will empty the temporarily cart. In that case, in confirmation page, OSB will hide the Confirmation button to avoid the empty order.

Can I change this so that if a customer is interrupted for an hour they can still check out. I only delayed for 5 minutes and it occurred. This may make it confusing to customers that are not internet savvy.

Maybe set this to 1 hour before the cart is emptied?

Hi, I'm getting this now too....and even logging out and back in it is still doing it. This is a major bug in my opinion. What can be done to clear this down so that the user doesn't get affected by the interruption?

Just to update you - I created a new user, and then tried to make a booking and the problem was still there for the new user. There had been no interruptions in the booking process.

Please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency as this puts my site at a complete standstill.

In some cases, when the option Cart is turned off, we have the same problem too. Do you turn off the cart?

For whatever reason, it seems to be working again now. I have increased the timeout on the Joomla session so hopefully this won't happen again!

I spoke too soon, and have no idea now why it would just disappear.

I logged out, and then back in again about 10 mins later, tried to make a booking but the Confirm Button has disappeared again.
