Using OS services for room bookings only

Hi,
I would like to use OS services booking to manage room bookings only. I understand from your instruction manual that this can be done by treating 'employee' as the rooms to book.

- how can I remove the clock icon and minutes, the man(employee) icon and number?
- How can I remove the phrase : " Select Employee and make a Booking"
