Error message while saving the e-mail settings

Hello,
we wanted to change the text in the e-mail layouts but when we wanted to save our changes there comes an error message (--> attachment). How can we solve this problem?
And is it possible to deactivate the e-mails which inform the customer about the changes of the status of the service?

The issue is come from Multiple languages mode. Please submit ticket and provide your site information with super admin account. We will solve the issue for you.
