You can change the title of Payment gateway from Back-end > OS Services Booking > Manage Payment plugins > You can select one Payment method and change the title of it.

Thank you for your ansver, Dam. I know, where I can manage payments and change their titles, but in the payment detail is not a translate tab. I need for english Offline payment and for portuguese Pagamento no local.

Currently, OSB doesn't have feature to set up multiple language for payment title. But please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. I will have one solution for you in this case.
