You can install OS Services Booking 2.3.6 from Joomla Installation manager. Your existing data won't lose. For safe reason, please backup your site before upgrading OS Services Booking.

When you install OS Services Booking, your existing data won't lose. But you need to backup the language files are in:
root > language > en-GB > en-GB.com_osservicesbooking.ini
and
root > administrator > language > en-GB > en-GB.com_osservicesbooking.ini
(the same for other language)
After installing new version, you must merge the new language files with your old modified files.
