ANSWERED !!! Employee Selection

My last question, my website I am developing is for risk assessors to go to properties and complete a risk assessment.

I know you can add venues but i won't know until the owner of the property what the address is, so can the end user book an appointment and add their address where the assessor needs to go?

For example

I am a landlord and I want the assessment to be completed at my rented house so I book the employee to go and do it - Can I add the address at that stage? - I'm not an administrator of the site I am a public user

Is there a demo for the admin?
