Sorry for asking but I cannot find a staff frontend, as promised. I can see a employee calendar but I cannot find a staff frontend in which manage new appointments (a customer can make a reservation at the front desk), cancellation of appointments (i figure out a customer that make a call to cancel her appointment) and so on. Is it there and it is me that cannot find it? Without a front desck panel this piece of software would be useless.

I am not sure with your question. It seems you want to have feature to manage the orders from front-end, and able to change the order status from front-end too, right?

Yes, sure. The man at the reception (the one who receive the phone calls and speaks with the customers both on phone or directly in peeson) must have a screen in which he can manage (edit, add, remove) appointments for all employee.
