Remove some part of scripts

Hi you fine OS people
Please help me.
When my customer book an appointment / items, I don´t want to have a pop up, write:
"Are you sure you want to book this service / items"
and after "yes"
"Item has been added to cart. You can go to Checkout .....etc.."
and if my customer want remove from basket, I do not want to have a pop up
"Are you sure you want to remove this service / items"

I want it just add to basket or removed without anything write.

Can you help me to remove this.
