OS Services Booking - confirm necessary functions

I am having trouble wrapping my head around how to handle different time slots.

My Venue is Club House
My Service is Reservation
My Employee is the Country Club

I can only find a way to set up one set of slots for the whole week. I need the following and can't figure out how to do it:

Monday to Friday
11:00-15:00
16:00-19:00
20:00-00:00

Saturdays and Sundays
11:00-16:00
17:00-20:00
21:00-00:00

You see how the Sat and Sun slots are slightly different?

Can you submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking, we have just completed the beta version 2.2.2. In this version, administrator is able to setup different time slots for different date in week
