I use only one country
To search by neighborhood
I can change country by state and state by city, and city by neighborhood
But when creating a property does not ask me parents
Why country is default
How do I ask you to ask me about country

Yes, you can implement that request. Here is the solution:
- Using PHPMyAdmin to add new more countries (your states) into MySQL Table: #__osrs_countries
- Using tool: Manage States at Back-end of OS Property to add new Cities
- Using tool: Manage Cities at Back-end of OS Property to add your Neighborhoods
