quick install error

quick installation shows the following errors

Deprecated: iconv_set_encoding(): Use of iconv.internal_encoding is deprecated in \libraries\joomla\string\string.php on line 27

Deprecated: iconv_set_encoding(): Use of iconv.input_encoding is deprecated in \libraries\joomla\string\string.php on line 28

Deprecated: iconv_set_encoding(): Use of iconv.output_encoding is deprecated in ibraries\joomla\string\string.php on line 29

I am trying to install the quickstart version of Joomla 3 on localhost xampp 3.2.1 and php 5.6.3

I found that Joomla 3.3 is not compatible to PHP 5.6. Is the quickstart version Joomla 3.3?
