Membership Pro & OS Property is it possible?

Good day.

No sure if membership pro is the right component.

What I want is the following:
A Agent / Home Owner pays a flat rate on registration (during or after) and is allowed to list 1 property for 6 months. The property will not be activated until payment is made.

Sorry, that functions work in this way. Agent should pay for the subscription plans before they can upload properties. And in each subscription plan, you can enter number properties that agent can upload. The expired time of properties can't be configured at the subscription plan, this value is configured at Configuration page of OS Property

Of course, it's one feature of Membership pro. You can setup the price of plan is Zero, and then, it's free subscription
