Change the Quick Search Buttons

I just bought the template ..Its just awesome.
1.How can i change the quicksearch buttons to search for property type "plots"?
(currently they are beds,baths,rooms).

2.How can i change the code to let unregistered users(non broker) to add property without displaying message "You do not have permission to go to this area"?

Hi Althaf,
1. You can submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account, ftp account. I will add field Property type into search form for you.
2. In OS Property, it's impossible to allow Non-registered user to add properties at front-end
